When Can I Request a Return or Refund?
You may request a return, exchange, or refund within 14 days of receiving your product if:
- Incorrect Product Received
- The product must be unused, with all tags attached, and in its original undamaged packaging.
- Damaged or Defective Product
- You must provide photos/videos showing the issue.
- All tags and original undamaged packaging must be included.
- Damage claims must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.
Note: Shipping and handling fees may apply.
Return Fees
- Eligible Returns (within policy) → Customer pays only shipping fees.
- Missing Accessories / Damaged Packaging or Product → A fee of 25% of the product price + shipping fees will apply.
- No Issue Found Upon Inspection → A fee of 25% of the product price + shipping fees will apply.
- Misused or Non-functional Due to Customer’s Fault → Not eligible for return; item will be sent back at customer’s expense.
After 14 Days
- Refunds are not available after 14 days.
- However, you may still benefit from our 1-Year Limited Warranty for repairs or replacement.
Return Conditions
We only accept returns if:
- The product is shipped in its original undamaged packaging with all tags.
- All accessories are included.
- Any personal accounts (Apple ID, Google, etc.) are removed before returning.
Returns outside the listed reasons may incur additional fees.
Non-Returnable Products
- Used or customer-damaged products.
- Consumable products that have been opened, used, or installed.
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
How to Make a Return
- Contact Phonecity.ae Customer Service within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Our team will email you the return label.
- Ship the item back following the provided instructions.
Damaged Items & Missing Packaging
- Items must be returned undamaged and in original packaging.
- Missing accessories, dented boxes, or customer-caused product damage will incur a 25% product fee + shipping fees.
Exchanges
Yes, exchanges are allowed. Let us know which product you’d like instead, and we’ll ship it once your return is verified.

Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Refunds are sent to your original payment method.
Important:
- Original shipping fees, handling fees, and shipping guarantees are non-refundable.
- You must contact us within 14 days for any order issues.
- After 14 days, requests may be declined.
Order Cancellations
- If your order has not been shipped, cancellation is free.
- If already dispatched, you must pay shipping fees to cancel.
FREE WARRANTY POLICY
All Phonecity.ae devices include a 12-month free warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. If your device has an eligible defect during this period, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from liquid ingress.
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
- Negligence, misuse, or intentional damage.
- Data loss, deletion, or corruption.
